To recruit and retain highly qualified personnel.
A work environment conducive to maximum employee performance.
Educational opportunities within the home services system for employees through an ongoing in-service program.
Home services and training, which allow clients and their caregivers to assume personal responsibility for clients’ personal needs.
A coordinated team approach to supportive care services using home services workers and a system of referral, follow-up, and evaluation.
Coordinated liaison with welfare agencies to meet the needs of the community through joint efforts, meetings, and community awareness programs.
